تعلن شركة عزم السعودية عن توفر وظيفة مهندس دعم تطبيقات مقيم (Application Support Resident Engineer) في مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف أخطاء التطبيقات الحيوية في بيئة العمل وإصلاحها
- تحليل السجلات (logs) لتحديد الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات
- التواصل بوضوح مع أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع المشكلات الحرجة تحت الضغط
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال دعم التطبيقات
- مهارات قوية في تحليل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء
- القدرة على تحليل السجلات وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية
- القدرة على التعامل مع المشكلات الحرجة تحت الضغط
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل
- خبرة في إدارة Windows Server (Microsoft Windows Server administration)
- خبرة في تكوين IIS واستكشاف أخطائه
- خبرة في تحليل سجلات IIS وسجلات التطبيقات
- معرفة بقواعد البيانات العلائقية (RDBMS) مثل MS SQL أو Oracle، ويفضل PostgreSQL
- خبرة في استكشاف أخطاء واجهات API واختبارها باستخدام Postman أو أدوات مماثلة
- معرفة أساسية ببرمجة PowerShell scripting

Technically, this role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, IIS configuration, RDBMS (MS SQL/Oracle, PostgreSQL preferred), API troubleshooting (Postman or similar), and basic PowerShell scripting.
