Wall Street English Saudi Arabia is expanding, and we're preparing to open two brand-new learning centers in Jeddah. We're looking for passionate, energetic, and service-oriented Coaches who are ready to make a real difference in students' lives.

What You'll Do

As a Coach, you'll inspire, motivate, and guide students throughout their English learning experience by:

• Building strong, lasting relationships with students
• Delivering personalized coaching, feedback, and learning support
• Conducting First Lessons, Advising Sessions, and progress reviews
• Helping students stay motivated and achieve their learning goals
• Creating a welcoming, English-speaking environment throughout the center
• Supporting reception operations, bookings, and student engagement
• Celebrating student achievements and creating memorable learning experiences
• Working closely with our Service and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

✅ You'll be a great fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for coaching, mentoring, or education
• A customer-focused mindset
• Confidence using technology and digital learning tools
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in education, training, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
