About the Job:

CCTV Operator

We are seeking a vigilant and professional CCTV Operator to oversee and maintain our control center surveillance equipment while ensuring the highest standards of safety and integrity. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring multiple live and recorded video feeds simultaneously, identifying unusual occurrences, and acting quickly to report incidents to senior management or contact the authorities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Watch multiple surveillance monitors simultaneously to maintain constant situational awareness.
• Review Recorded Footage: Analyze past surveillance data to trace incidents or audit safety protocols.
• Maintain Equipment: Conduct basic maintenance and upkeep of control center and surveillance hardware.
• Detect & Log Irregularities: Spot suspicious behavior or unusual events and keep precise records.
• Escalate Incidents: Promptly report severe occurrences to higher-level staff members.
• Coordinate Emergency Response: Contact law enforcement or emergency authorities immediately during critical situations.
• Professional Requirements High Fastidiousness: Extreme attention to detail to capture subtle, unusual activities.
• Absolute Integrity: Ability to handle confidential data ethically and with care.
• Professional Conduct: Calm under pressure while always maintaining a professional demeanor.

Education

• High school or Vocational degree

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in industrial Security, Production or Safety.

Technical Competency

• Knowledgeable in computer and applications
• Familiar in security systems
• Attention to Details
