About The Role

Are you a dynamic operational leader ready to orchestrate seamless flight experiences and drive excellence in the fast-paced world of aviation?

Here's an opportunity to drive operational efficiency and fuel-saving initiatives through innovative navigation and flight operations analysis. You will play a key role in shaping and validating specialised navigation procedures, working closely with simulator and operational teams to ensure every procedure is safe, practical, and ready for implementation.

Yours is a role which will support flight crews with expert navigation guidance, including advanced escape procedures, performance-based navigation (PBN) profiles, and aerodrome suitability assessments.

Importantly, you will also take ownership of designing and maintaining critical drift-down and depressurization procedures, while ensuring customized navigation charting solutions are accurate, current, and seamlessly support the airline’s global network operations.

Your responsibilities will extend to the assessment of aerodrome suitability, route options and navigation constraints to support network planning and safe operations.

As a solutions-focused professional, you will analyse navigation procedures, airspace changes, and operational constraints to identify safety, efficiency, and cost improvement opportunities.

You will ensure pilots and operational teams have access to accurate, reliable, and fully customised Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) charting solutions, helping deliver seamless day-to-day operations across the airline network.

Collaborative by nature, you can expect to collaborate with Flight Operations, Safety, Engineering, and external partners to coordinate navigation updates, approvals, and implementation timelines, ensuring clear communication and operational readiness at every stage.

About You

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years within an airline flight operations environment in a similar role. Aviation experience is mandatory.

You will demonstrate g ood working knowledge of air navigation-related regulations.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you have strong background in planning systems, familiar with Jeppesen charts, Aviator and attended LIDO training.
