About Tamm Tamm is the all-in-one platform for selling online in Saudi Arabia. Sellers get everything they need in one place: a storefront, payments, ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, and delivery. And because we run our own print-on-demand factory in Dammam, anyone can launch a brand from scratch with no inventory and no capital. You upload a design, we make the product only once it sells, then we print, pack, and ship it. No warehouse, no upfront cost, no risk. What you'll build You'll own the AI that powers Tamm: the assistant that helps sellers build and run their stores, the generative tools that turn ideas into designs and copy, and the agentic flows behind our store builder. You'll set the architecture and model strategy, stand up the infrastructure, and still ship features yourself. This is a founding seat with real ownership over how AI shows up across the whole product.

• Set AI architecture and model strategy across the product
• Build the shared AI engine: orchestration, retrieval, evals, model serving, cost control
• Ship agentic and generative features into a live commerce platform, not demos
• Set the standards and the bar the rest of the AI team will build on

What we're looking for

• You've shipped agentic or LLM products to production
• Strong applied engineer (TypeScript / Node and/or Python)
• Hands-on with orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and evals
• You own infrastructure end to end: hosting, fine-tuning, deployment
• Founder energy: high autonomy, high ownership, and you still write code

Nice to have Experience building AI into e-commerce or creator products; fine-tuning and model hosting on AWS / Kubernetes; having led or mentored engineers.

How we work Small, senior, and fast. You own outcomes, not tickets, and you'll help define how the whole team builds with AI. Little busywork, few meetings. 100% remote, full-time.
