أمازون تبحث عن مشغل عمليات RDC (RDC Operations Executive) لفرعها في مكة جدة، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق الخدمات الفائقة السرعة (UFG) وإعادة تعريف التوصيل السريع.

هل ترغب في أن تكون جزءاً من منظمة جديدة تصمم وتطلق نماذج أعمال جديدة عبر منطقة AMET؟ نحن نبحث عن قائد عمليات ذو خبرة قوية في تحقيق النتائج لإدارة عمليات UFG. ستضمن تنفيذ سياسات أمازون بشكل عادل، وتحفيز وتدريب الموظفين، وتحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية والجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عمليات UTR (تحت السقف) يومياً لمتجر كبير أو مجموعة متاجر صغيرة، والإشراف على عمليات المتجر.
- تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الموجهة للعملاء مع الحفاظ على أهداف الجودة والسلامة ومعنويات الفريق.
- إدارة أداء أعضاء الفريق، وإعداد وتنفيذ خطط التدريب والتطوير لمنتقي الطلبات.
- العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين لتحسين العمليات بشكل مستمر.
- إجراء تدقيقات 4M/5S وسلامة GEMBA يومياً.
- العمل كبديل لمدير المنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإدارة التنفيذية أو إدارة الأعمال (شرط أساسي).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة تحدثاً وكتابة وقراءة (مؤهل مفضل).

If so, Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies - including attendance tracking - are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance - including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities
We're seeking a Team lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing, On a Daily Basis, End To End UTR Operations For Either One Large Site Or a Combination Of Small Sites, Supervising Store Operations
Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining operational / quality targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores on a daily basis.
Stand-in for Area Manager.
