المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الأجهزة المتكررة الأعطال (Bad Actors) وتطبيق نظام FRACAS (نظام الإبلاغ عن الأعطال وتحليلها والإجراءات التصحيحية).
- اقتراح ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وفقًا لأفضل ممارسات الصيانة.
- ضمان إكمال سجلات المعدات، وترميز الأضرار، وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis).
- تطوير وتنفيذ نظام إدارة موثوقية المصنع الشامل (Total Plant Reliability Management - TPRM).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة ماجستير في هندسة الموثوقية (أو يفضل في الهندسة الميكانيكية).
- شهادة قائد موثوقية معتمد (Certified Reliability Leader - CRL) ومهندس موثوقية معتمد (Certified Reliability Engineer - CRE).
- شهادة محترف صيانة وموثوقية معتمد (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional - CMRP) (مفضلة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (Root Cause Analysis) باستخدام أنظمة مثل 'Taproot'.

About The Role

About The Role
- Shall be a Master Degree Holder in Reliability Engineering (or preferably in Mechanical Engineering). A Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) would be preferred.
- Incumbent shall also have 10 years of Experience in Root cause analysis, using systems like ‘Taproot’.
- Shall be responsible for identifying ‘Bad Actors’ (frequently failing equipment) and deploying a system called FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System).
- Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
- Ensure equipment history, damage code and root cause analysis are completed.
- Responsible to Develop and Implement Total Plant Reliability Management (TPRM) System.
