تعلن شركة سيمنز للطاقة (Siemens Energy) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف تركيب وصيانة محولات (Transformer Installation & Service Supervisor) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية. نبحث عن عضو فريق متفرغ ومستعد للسفر في جميع أنحاء المملكة، ولديه خبرة جيدة في اختبار وتشغيل محولات الطاقة بمختلف الفولتيات والتصنيفات والتكوينات بما في ذلك معداتها الفرعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • اختبار وتشغيل محولات الطاقة بمختلف الفولتيات والتصنيفات والتكوينات بما في ذلك معداتها الفرعية والتعامل السليم مع أدوات الاختبار.
  • التوضيحات الفنية مع الموردين الفرعيين والمصممين ومقدمي الخدمات.
  • تخطيط وتطوير الخدمات اللوجستية في الموقع فيما يتعلق بأعمال التركيب/التشغيل/البناء.
  • دعم مدير المشروع في إدارة المخاطر والمطالبات.
  • ضمان الجودة في موقع البناء بما في ذلك الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة (NCR).
  • الإلمام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (EHS) في مواقع البناء (مثل تقييم المخاطر، منع الخسائر، عدم الضرر، العمل على ارتفاعات، إلخ).
  • التنسيق والمتابعة الحيوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن في المواقع.
  • ترتيب جميع المستندات والنماذج اللازمة للحصول على تصاريح الدخول للموقع للعمال والمعدات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو خبرة معادلة في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة مرموقة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مواقع البناء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على التواصل الفعال شفوياً وكتابياً، مع مهارات قوية في التواصل وبناء العلاقات والتفاوض والتأثير.
  • القدرة على ترتيب أولويات المهام وإدارة أعباء العمل بفعالية وبأقل إشراف مباشر، مع مرونة في إدارة مهام متعددة ومتنوعة.
  • مهارات فعالة في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط في المواقف الحرجة زمنياً.
  • الحساسية والاستجابة لاحتياجات المجموعات الدينية والعرقية والقبلية والثقافية المختلفة.
  • النزاهة المثبتة والمعايير الشخصية العالية في السلوك.

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking forward to add to our team a new dedicated full time team member who is ready to travel all over Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per job requirements having good experience in testing and commissioning of power Transformers with different voltages, ratings & configurations including its related sub-equipment’s

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Testing and commissioning of power Transformers with different voltages, ratings & configurations including its related sub-equipment and proper handling of testing tools
  • Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers
  • Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
  • Support project manager in risk and claim management
  • Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR)
  • Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in height, etc.)
  • Do vital coordination and follow-up with clients, consultants and subcontractors at sites.
  • Arrange all documents and forms needed to acquire sites gate passes for labor and equipment.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
  • At least 3 years’ experience in construction sites
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
