Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the ready-mix concrete industry? We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

✅ Saudi National

✅ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the ready-mix concrete industry

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships

✅ Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market, contractors, consultants, and developers

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

✅ Valid Saudi driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and expand relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
