Video & Content Creator (Bilingual English/Arabic) - Remote - No Country Restriction | Full-time

About Dtech 

Dtech Systems is a ClickUp Partner operating across the Middle East and Europe, helping enterprises and startups run their businesses on ClickUp. We work bilingually across English and Arabic, serving clients across the GCC and Europe.

The Role 

You'll own video and written content end to end: script, shoot, edit, publish, repurpose. You'll turn client stories, founder insights, and tech expertise into content that builds authority and attracts enterprise leads. Bilingual English/Arabic output is essential, since we sell into the GCC and Europe simultaneously. This role is fully remote and open worldwide, wherever you are based, apply if you fit the brief.

What You'll Own

• Script, film, and edit founder-led and original content (talking head, screen recordings, interviews, explainers)
• Produce short-form clips (LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts) and longer pieces (case studies, walkthroughs, thought leadership)
• Write AI and tech-focused content: LinkedIn posts, articles, threads
• Present on camera in Arabic, or produce Arabic voiceover/subtitle versions for the Saudi market
• Repurpose one piece into multiple formats and platforms
• Publish a minimum of 3x/week across platforms
• Stay current on AI, SaaS, and productivity tools; read widely, form opinions, bring ideas

Must-Haves

• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written, native-quality in both
• Strong video editing skills: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro
• A reader and a writer, someone who consumes tech/AI/business content daily and can make complex ideas clear and engaging
• A genuine understanding of the tech world (AI, SaaS, enterprise software), not surface-level
• An understanding of social-first video: hooks, pacing, retention, platform-native formats
• Ability to light and shoot yourself in your own space
• A portfolio showing B2B or tech content that has actually performed

Strong Plus

• Comfortable on camera in both Arabic and English
• Experience with LinkedIn content strategy
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Claude/AI tools, or the productivity space
• Motion graphics and thumbnail design
• Saudi dialect familiarity (our primary audience is KSA)
