فرصة عمل لوظيفة Manager - Production في شركة Asmacs-Qatar، مقر العمل السعودية. الفرصة مخصصة للمرشحين الهنود.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مطلوب 10 مديري إنتاج للعمل في شركة مرموقة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. المؤهل المطلوب بكالوريوس هندسة أو دبلوم في تخصص الإنتاج أو ما يعادله، مع خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد وتشغيل الآلات التقليدية.
- تنسيق أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية والشهرية لتحقيق الأهداف.
- إصلاح وتحسين الأدوات والقطع لتحسين عمليات الإنتاج.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على الآلات.
- تسجيل بيانات الأدوات (التوفر، الصيانة، قطع الغيار، الجودة، إلخ) في Excel.
- إدارة مستويات مخزون الأدوات وقطع الغيار.
- فحص المراسي أثناء وبعد الإنتاج باستخدام أدوات القياس لضمان معايير الجودة والكمية.
- إعداد وصيانة خطة الإنتاج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس هندسة أو دبلوم في تخصص الإنتاج أو ما يعادله.
- الخبرة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال الإنتاج.
- الجنسية: هندية فقط.
- عقد العمل: 3 سنوات.
- ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات يوميًا.
- إجازة: 42 يومًا بعد إكمال سنتين من الخدمة.

- Setting up and operating conventional machines.
- Coordinating daily and monthly production activities to meet targets.
- Repairing and improving tools and parts to optimize production processes.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
- Recording tool data (availability, maintenance, spare parts, quality, etc.) in Excel.
- Managing stock levels of tools and spare parts.
- Inspecting anchors during and after production using measuring tools to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
