تسعى مجموعة Zeppelin إلى تعزيز فريق الإدارة لديها من خلال تعيين محاسب أول (Senior Accountant) للعمل في الجبيل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك في إطار مهمة طويلة الأمد تتيح تحمل المسؤولية ضمن بيئة دولية والمساهمة في تشكيل المستقبل المالي لشركة Zeppelin Systems Gulf.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم مدير المالية في جميع الأنشطة المحاسبية الأساسية
- إدارة دورة المحاسبة الكاملة بما في ذلك الحسابات العامة (GL)، والحسابات الدائنة (AP)، والحسابات المدينة (AR)، والأصول الثابتة، ورواتب الموظفين
- ضمان وجود دفاتر محاسبية قوية ونظيفة من خلال الترحيلات والتسويات الدقيقة
- المساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية (قائمة الدخل، الميزانية العمومية، قائمة التدفقات النقدية)
- إجراء التسويات الدورية والحفاظ على دقة عالية للبيانات
- دعم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) والتسوية المتعلقة بها
- الحفاظ على المعرفة الأساسية بمتطلبات الزكاة
- إعداد الوثائق اللازمة لتدقيق الحسابات ودعم المدققين الخارجيين
- المساهمة في تحسين وترتيب العمليات المحاسبية
- ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الضريبية السعودية
- العمل مع أنظمة ERP (SAP و Tally)
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأعمال أو التجارة أو المحاسبة
- الجنسية السعودية
- الخبرة المهنية في مكاتب التدقيق مفضلة
- خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات في الشركات الصغيرة أو المتوسطة
- فهم قوي للمبادئ المحاسبية
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء أو ترتيب العمليات المحاسبية
- معرفة بمعايير IFRS وخاصة IFRS 9 و IFRS 15 و IFRS 16
- مهارات قوية في التسوية وبرنامج Excel
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP و Oracle و Tally)
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً)
- درجة عالية من الملكية والمساءلة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل وأسلوب العمل المنظم
- القدرة على الإبلاغ عن المشكلات مبكراً والحفاظ على دقة عالية

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced accountant to take on the role of Senior Accountant. This position is intended for a long term assignment in Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail) and offers the opportunity to assume responsibility in an international environment and to actively shape the financial future of Zeppelin Systems Gulf.
At the earliest possible date, we are seeking a Senior Accountant for our location in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Financial Manager in all core accounting activities
- Full cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Payroll accounting
- Ensure strong and clean accounting books through accurate postings and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform regular reconciliations and maintain high data accuracy
- Support VAT filings and reconciliation
- Maintain basic knowledge of Zakat requirements
- Prepare documentation for audit readiness and support external auditors
- Contribute to improving and cleaning up accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi tax regulations
- Work with ERP systems (SAP and Tally)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or accounting
- Saudi National.
- Professional experience in audit firms is preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in small or medium sized companies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proven ability to build or clean up accounting processes
- IFRS knowledge, especially IFRS 9, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16
- Strong reconciliation and Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally etc.)
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written
- and verbal)
- High ownership, accountability, detail orientation, and
- structured working style
- Ability to flag issues early and maintain high accuracy
