المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنمية تواجد الشركة عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الرئيسية وضمان تواصل متسق وجذاب مع الجمهور المستهدف.
- التخطيط وجدولة المنشورات، وإنشاء وتحسين محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مراقبة مقاييس الأداء والرد على التعليقات والرسائل بشكل مهني وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لمواءمة المحتوى مع الحملات التسويقية والعروض الترويجية وإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
- البحث في الاتجاهات ونشاط المنافسين لدعم تطوير الاستراتيجية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بجدة بدوام كامل.
- إدارة مهام متعددة والتكيف مع بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
- يفضل وجود مؤهل تعليمي مناسب في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور تسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات في التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (Social Media Marketing) وإنشاء محتوى الوسائط الاجتماعية (Social Media Content Creation).
- مهارات في التسويق الرقمي (Digital Marketing) والتسويق العام (Marketing) لدعم الحملات وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية ونمو الجمهور.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scheduling posts, creating and optimizing social media content, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines, as well as researching trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and commercial teams to support overall business objectives.

- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role are preferred.
