💼 Level: Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations while supporting sound business decision-making. In this role, you will oversee financial performance, manage budgets and forecasts, strengthen financial controls, and provide valuable insights to senior leadership. You'll collaborate closely with accounting, operations, HR, procurement, and executive teams to ensure financial strategies align with organizational objectives and support sustainable business growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management, accounting operations, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial indicators.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other finance operations as required.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Support audit processes, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, operational initiatives, cost structures, and commercial opportunities.
• Lead and develop finance team members, promoting accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.

✅ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven experience in finance management, accounting, commercial finance, or a related leadership role.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial models, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Experience with financial analysis, variance analysis, management reporting, and business performance insights.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• CPA Australia, CA ANZ, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
