Role Description This full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role is based in Saudi Arabia. The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, cleaning and replacing filters and components, and calibrating controls. The role involves responding to service requests, documenting work performed, following safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with other maintenance and operations team members to minimize downtime. The HVAC Technician will also provide recommendations for system improvements, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in HVAC maintenance, and repair, including knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults, use testing and measuring tools, interpret technical manuals and diagrams, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Experience applying safety practices, local regulations, and environmental standards related to HVAC work, including safe handling of refrigerants.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, colleagues, and clients, and to complete clear service reports.
• Relevant vocational certification or diploma in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical technology; industry-recognized HVAC licenses or certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in facility maintenance, preferably within commercial or multi-service environments.
• Ability to work on-site, adapt to different facility conditions, manage time effectively, and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
