تعلن شركة المقاولات الكفاح (Al Kifah Contracting Company)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال الإنشاءات المتكاملة والمستدامة في المملكة، عن توفر وظيفة مراسل (Reporter) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع الشركة بالظهران (المنطقة الشرقية).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جمع المعلومات من مصادر داخلية وخارجية وإجراء المقابلات اللازمة.
- إعداد تقارير إخبارية ومقالات واضحة ودقيقة حول مشاريع الشركة وإنجازاتها وتطورات القطاع.
- صياغة المحتوى التحريري اليومي وإعداد مواد الوسائط المتعددة (صور، فيديوهات قصيرة).
- الالتزام بخط العلامة التجارية للشركة والسياسات التحريرية المعتمدة.
- التعاون مع فرق المشاريع والاتصالات والإدارة للتحقق من المعلومات والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
- دعم التواصل الشفاف والموثوق حول أنشطة الشركة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التحرير الصحفي وإعداد الأخبار، مع القدرة على إنتاج قصص دقيقة وجذابة في الوقت المحدد.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والكتابة، تشمل إجراء المقابلات وجمع المعلومات وعرض المواضيع المعقدة بوضوح.
- الإلمام بأدوات وتنسيقات الوسائط المتعددة (تصوير، تحرير صوتي وفيديو) للاستخدام في الأخبار والاتصالات المؤسسية.
- خبرة سابقة في الصحافة أو الاتصالات أو التقارير المؤسسية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الإنشاءات أو الهندسة أو القطاعات ذات الصلة.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong reporting and news writing skills, with the ability to produce accurate, timely, and engaging stories.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities, including interviewing, information gathering, and clear presentation of complex topics.
- Familiarity with multimedia tools and formats, such as basic photo, audio, or video creation and editing for news and corporate communications.
- Relevant experience in journalism, communications, or corporate reporting, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical reporting practices, and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and local media context is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dhahran and collaborate effectively with diverse project and corporate teams.
