Job Purpose:
Support procurement transformation initiatives across Zamil Air Conditioners by driving process improvement, standardization, digitalization support, data analysis, and governance enhancement to improve procurement efficiency, transparency, and value delivery across operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain improvement, process excellence, procurement systems, or transformation roles.
- Experience in procurement processes, digital tools, ERP systems, and transformation projects is required.
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with dashboards and process mapping tools.
- Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, procurement, or digital transformation are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Assist in mapping, documenting, and standardizing procurement workflows and procedures.
- Coordinate procurement transformation initiatives, timelines, and implementation actions.
- Maintain transformation trackers, action logs, and progress reports.
- Support workshops, testing sessions, and rollout activities for procurement system and process changes.
- Assist in procurement digitalization initiatives and ERP/system enhancements.
- Support data preparation, validation, and reporting for procurement analytics and dashboards.
- Maintain procurement templates, guidelines, and governance documentation.
- Monitor compliance trends and highlight process gaps for corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on transformation progress, KPIs, and improvement outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (procurement, finance, IT, planning, and operations) to ensure smooth change implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements across all activities.
