شركة جيني تبحث عن مدير التخطيط والأداء (Planning & Performance Manager) للعمل في مكتبها بالرياض. سيكون هذا الدور محورياً في مساعدة فرق الأعمال على تحسين اتخاذ القرارات والتخطيط وإدارة الأداء، مع تقديم تقارير مباشرة إلى المدير المالي والإشراف على فريق من محللين اثنين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إعداد الميزانيات ربع السنوية والشهرية (الإيرادات والأرباح).
- إنشاء مستهدفات مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ربع السنوية والشهرية.
- تحديد الفجوات مقابل الأهداف والعمل مع فرق الأعمال لوضع مبادرات لسدها.
- إنشاء وتنسيق التواصل الدوري بين فرق الأعمال والإدارة العليا لمتابعة التقدم (اتصال أداء أسبوعي، مراجعة نهاية الشهر، إلخ).
- الشراكة مع فرق الأعمال لاتخاذ القرارات الرئيسية.
- إتاحة الرؤية لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية L0 و L1 و L2 بالتكرار المناسب لفرق الأعمال.
- تحديد فرص تحسين مؤشرات L0 من خلال تتبع مؤشرات L1 و L2 بشكل استباقي.
- تطوير نماذج أعمال/مالية عند الطلب من أصحاب المصلحة متعددي التخصصات.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق محللي الاستراتيجية والتخطيط والأداء، وتحديد الأهداف، وإدارة الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة الفريق.
- العمل متعدد التخصصات لتحسين الكفاءة والفعالية التشغيلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، المالية، تحليل البيانات أو مجال ذي صلة (الماجستير أو MBA ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في أدوار المالية/الاستراتيجية/التخطيط (إلزامي).
- خبرة في إدارة فريق (إلزامي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات عرض تقديمي قوية.
- خبرة متقدمة في Excel و PowerPoint وبرامج تصور البيانات.
- خبرة قوية في الأتمتة واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- مهارات تواصل كتابي وشفوي قوية.
- عقلية تحليلية مع قدرة على حل المشكلات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

About the Role:
This role is critical in helping Business teams at Jeeny optimize decision-making, planning & performance management. You will be reporting to the CFO and have a team of 2 analysts.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end performance tracking, financial planning, and strategic reporting to ensure that ridehailing across markets operate at peak efficiency and alignment along side managing a team of high talented individuals

Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly & monthly budgets (topline & bottom-line)
- Create quarterly & monthly KPI targets
- Outline gaps vs targets and work with Business teams to create initiatives to bridge gaps
- Create cadence b/w Business teams & leadership to improve progress (weekly performance call, month-end retro call etc.)
- Partner with Business teams to make key decisions
- Create visibility of L0, L1 & L2 KPIs at the right frequency for Business teams
- Identify opportunities for improving L0 KPIs by tracking L1 & L2 KPIs proactively
- Develop business/financial models on adhoc requests from cross functional stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of strategy/planning & performance analysts, setting objectives, managing performance, and fostering a strong team culture
- Work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
- 4+ years experience in Business Finance/Strategy/Planning roles (compulsory)
- Team Management experience is a must
- Strong presentation skills
- Expert in Excel, PowerPoint & Data visualization software
- Strong expertise in automation & AI use
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Fluent in written & spoken English
