شركة لمار العالمية للصناعة تعلن عن توفر وظيفة أمين مستودع (Storekeeper/Warehouse Clerk) في جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص وتسجيل المواد والمنتجات الواردة، والتأكد من تطابق الكميات والجودة مع أوامر الشراء وإشعارات التسليم.
- تنظيم وتخزين المواد وفقاً لمعايير الشركة، والحفاظ على مستويات مخزون دقيقة، وإجراء جرد دوري.
- تجهيز وصرف المواد للإنتاج والشحن، وتحديث أنظمة المخزون، والتنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والإنتاج والخدمات اللوجستية لضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على بيئة مستودع نظيفة وآمنة، واتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة، وإعداد تقارير أساسية عن حركة المخزون والتناقضات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- القدرة على إدارة عمليات المستودع بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والصرف ومراقبة المخزون مع التركيز على الدقة والتنظيم.
- إلمام أساسي بأنظمة إدارة المخزون أو برامج ERP، والقدرة على العمل مع جداول البيانات والسجلات الرقمية.
- مهارات عددية قوية ومهارات حفظ السجلات، مع القدرة على تسوية المخزون وتحديد التناقضات وإعداد تقارير بسيطة.
- معرفة بممارسات السلامة في المستودع وإجراءات مناولة المواد ومفاهيم اللوجستيات الأساسية.

- القدرة على أداء مهام بدنية مثل الرفع والتحرك وترتيب المخزون، والعمل في موقع المستودع.
- خبرة سابقة في مجال التخزين أو إدارة المستودعات أو دعم سلسلة التوريد، ويفضل في بيئة تصنيعية أو صناعية.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو شهادة مهنية؛ التدريب الإضافي في التخزين أو الخدمات اللوجستية يعتبر ميزة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site أمين مستودع (Storekeeper/Warehouse Clerk) role based in Jeddah at شركة لمار العالمية للصناعة. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials and products, ensuring that quantities and quality match purchase orders and delivery notes. The role includes organizing and storing items according to company standards, maintaining accurate stock levels, and performing regular inventory counts. The Storekeeper prepares and issues materials for production and dispatch, updates inventory systems, and coordinates with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety procedures, and preparing basic reports on stock movements and discrepancies.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control, with attention to accuracy and organization.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP software, and comfort working with spreadsheets and digital records.
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills, with the ability to reconcile stock, identify discrepancies, and prepare simple reports.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, material handling procedures, and basic logistics concepts.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics staff.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging stock, and to work on-site in a warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in warehousing, storekeeping, or supply chain support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; additional training in warehousing or logistics is an advantage.
