📦 Join our Logistics team! As a leading company in the defense and technology sector, we are looking to strengthen our team in Saudi Arabia with a Warehouse Coordinator with solid experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management to coordinate day-to-day logistics activities, ensure accurate asset traceability, and support compliance with HSE and environmental requirements.

💡What will you do?

• Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management activities, maintaining accurate records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
• Support logistics activities, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
• Manage asset allocation, transfers, and handover of company equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices.
• Support audits and maintain accurate documentation related to project assets and logistics.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental requirements, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste, and maintaining environmental records for compliance and audits.

✅ Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

✅ 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, asset management, or project coordination roles.

✅ Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, asset control, and procurement/logistics processes.

✅ Good organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

✅ Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multidisciplinary project environment; experience in complex infrastructure or large-scale projects is a plus.
