NesTalent هو برنامج تطوير سريع المسار يركز على إعداد قادة المستقبل في المجالات التقنية الحيوية لدى نستله الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. بصفك متدربًا تقنيًا حديث التخرج، ستنطلق في رحلة شاملة عبر عمليات نستله التقنية، بدعم من خبراء محترفين لتطوير مهاراتك التحليلية والتفكير المستقبلي وحل المشكلات، مع التركيز على تحديات مثل تحسين عمليات الإنتاج وضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية وإدارة المخاطر التقنية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحسين عمليات الإنتاج وضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إدارة المخاطر التقنية المرتبطة بالعمليات.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق أهداف الجودة والسلامة.
- المشاركة في مشاريع تطويرية تساهم في تحسين حياة المستهلكين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حديث التخرج مع خبرة عمل محدودة ولكن بشغف قوي بالهندسة.
- درجة البكالوريوس بتقدير جيد جدًا في علوم الأغذية، الهندسة الكيميائية، هندسة الجودة أو هندسة الإنتاج.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الوظائف والتفاعل بفعالية مع الفريق وشركاء الأعمال.
- إدارة الوقت بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
- الفضول والحماس وسرعة التعلم مع مهارات تواصل قوية.

Which profile are we looking for?
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-functional environment, interacting effectively with your team and business partners.
- Be able to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
- Be curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduate with limited work experience but a strong passion for engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good GPA and bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemical, Quality and Production engineering will be highly regarded.
