Job purpose:

Administrate and execute logistics engineering related to and focused on high-visibility Military MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will execute all aspects of logistics engineering related to the maintenance, engineering design and support of military platforms, subsystems, and parts, ensuring compliance with Saudi military standards, Guidelines, partner agreements, and global best practices.

Support the development and maintenance of logistics engineering documentation and play a crucial role in the change control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement maintenance concepts with inputs from the customer/user aligned with MRO workflows and contractual requirements.
2. Define spares packages per variant in line with the user doctrine requirements.
3. Define special tools and equipment per variant as required by the maintenance workshops according to the applicable contractual MRO maintenance levels.
4. Integrate Operators and Workshop repair manuals per variant.
5. Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) in collaboration with the engineering team, supply chain, quality assurance, logistics, project management and client representatives.
6. Coordinate & participate in implementation of all Engineering Change Requests (CRs), Change Proposals (ECPs), related activities, ensuring accurate status and traceability to equipment and platform configurations. Tracking action items according to execution of decisions.
7. Ensure compliance with client standards, export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), and cybersecurity/data handling protocols.

requirements of role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a suitable qualification/experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with logistical standards, processes and management. Mill Std 1388 1A and 2B
• System Engineering process and product development process knowledge.
• Strong technical leadership qualities.
• Good communication and negotiating skills.
• Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Logistics Management, with at least 2 years in a military or MRO context.
