A Snapshot of Your Day:
As the Head of IGT KSA Service Operations, you will lead a team of field service expert engineers and supervisors, overseeing all aspects of field service operations for Industrial Gas Turbines (IGT). Your role involves ensuring the successful assembly, disassembly, and commissioning of mechanical components, while fostering a high-performing team aligned with Siemens Energy’s growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with regional managers and project leaders to maintain quality and safety standards, driving the IGT ZERO HARM program to ensure a safe work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and manage field service operations for IGT, ensuring high-quality execution of assembly, disassembly, and commissioning tasks.
- Collaborate with regional managers, sales teams, and project leaders to optimize project planning and execution.
- Provide mentorship and development opportunities for the IGT field service team, enhancing their skills and competencies.
- Drive the IGT ZERO HARM program, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standards in all project-related activities.
- Support Siemens Energy IGT customers across KSA with maintenance, repair, and modifications to maximize resource utilization.
What You Bring:
- 10-15 years of experience in a managerial role within the industrial applications business, preferably in mechanical engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Strong mechanical product knowledge, particularly with Siemens Energy MGT, SGTs, and AGTs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse cultural settings.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on safety and quality.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
