Role Description The Barista role at WISTER is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. In this role, the Barista prepares and serves coffee, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to WISTER standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines and related equipment, handling food preparation for beverages and light items, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The Barista interacts directly with guests, providing friendly and efficient service, answering questions about the menu, and supporting overall restaurant operations as needed, including collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess Barista and Food Preparation skills, including operating coffee equipment and following food safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to take orders accurately, share product information, and coordinate with colleagues.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with the ability to manage POS transactions accurately.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is beneficial.
