As a Telco Senior Account Manager for the Enterprise Commercial, Aviation, Retail & Telecommunication Industry team, you will play a critical part leading account relationships with top telecommunication companies in Saudi Arabia. You will navigate complex industry challenges through a frontier approach, supporting customers as they harness Microsoft’s vast solution offerings to advance their business.

You are the primary business leader for your telecommunications accounts, forging executive partnerships and driving the long-term account strategy across cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and digital transformation. By orchestrating cross-functional collaboration among sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams, you align customer priorities with Microsoft technologies to unlock growth and foster lasting business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships with top telecommunication customers, positioning Microsoft’s capabilities in alignment with each customer's business priorities.Proactively develop a deep understanding of the customer’s strategies, industry trends, and market dynamics to accelerate their digital transformation goals.Lead the orchestration of internal teams and partners to deliver innovative, strategic solutions that drive customer value and digital business outcomes.Oversee and execute comprehensive account plans, ensuring engagements deliver high-impact results, meet sales goals, and unlock new growth opportunities.Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by translating Microsoft solutions into business impact and helping customers navigate transformative change in the telecommunications space.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years account management experience OR equivalent.
