Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to join AtheerB on an equity-based compensation model. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, hungry to grow with a startup, and eager to shape a brand from the ground up.

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with AtheerB’s brand vision and marketing goals

* Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)

* Identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for growth

Content Creation & Management

* Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, short-form videos, captions, stories)

* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency

* Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement

AI-Driven Marketing

* Utilize advanced AI tools for:

* Content generation (e.g., copywriting, captions, scripts)

* Video editing and automation

* Social listening and sentiment analysis

* Performance prediction and optimization

* Continuously explore and implement emerging AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity

Analytics & Reporting

* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)

* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns

* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Marketing Lead

Community & Brand Building

* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online communities

* Monitor brand reputation and manage social interactions professionally

* Collaborate with influencers and partners when needed

Requirements

Experience & Skills

* Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms

* Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms)

* Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)

* Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools

* Ability to work independently and take ownership
