Job Description - Field Sales

Representative (Hygiene Materials Distribution)

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Position Type: Field Sales + Office (100%)

Number of Positions: 3

Position Summary

We are seeking 3 energetic Field Sales Representatives to join a trading and distribution

company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on selling and distributing

cleaning materials across B2B customers within the Eastern Province. The ideal candidates

are aggressive sales performers with strong field experience, communication skills, and

ability to build and expand customer networks.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers

 Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within assigned territory

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Build strong long-term relationships with clients

 Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

 Follow up on collections and outstanding payments

 Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

 Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends

 Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery

Requirements

Experience

1-3 years of sales experience (Field Sales preferred). FMCG / Cleaning Products /

Distribution is a strong advantage. Saudi market - Eastern Province experience preferred.

Language

Arabic: Not Mandatory. English: Basic to intermediate preferred.

Location

Based in Dammam or willing to relocate. Must cover Eastern Province field visits.

Preferred Profile

 Experience in FMCG or cleaning materials distribution

 Existing customer base in Dammam / Eastern Province

 Valid driving license (Saudi or transferable)

 Strong network with B2B in HORICA industry

Reporting To

Sales Manager / Area Sales Supervisor

General requirements

Candidates are preferably required to have their own car (car allowance/compensation will

be provided) but not mandatory .

If a car is not available, transportation arrangements can be organized by us.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross: 3700 SAR - 5000 SAR; this includes Basic, accommodation & transportation
