نحن نوسع فريقنا في عمليات أمازون! إذا كنت مهتمًا بالانضمام إلى عمل حيث يمكنك الاستمتاع وتحقيق نتائج مذهلة وإضفاء البسمة على وجوه الناس، فقد تكون هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لك. ستشرف على إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ (first mile fulfillment centers) أو مراكز الفرز (middle mile sortation centers) أو محطات التسليم (final mile delivery stations). يعمل متخصصو العمليات لدينا على إدارة نبض عملياتنا الميدانية ويلعبون دورًا رئيسيًا في توصيل طلبات العملاء في كل خطوة من السلسلة. هذه وظيفة متنوعة ومليئة بالتحديات، وكل يوم مختلف!
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك
- إدارة الزملاء وتدريبهم للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة لعملائنا
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقًا لإرشادات الجودة والسلامة
- تقديم معلومات حاسمة متعلقة بالمناوبة للإدارة الميدانية والمشغلين باستمرار
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال المناوبات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، التدريب
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً (حوالي 22 كجم)، والوقوف/المشي أثناء المناوبات التي قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، والقدرة على الدفع، السحب، القرفصاء، الانحناء، والوصول بشكل متكرر
- العمل 40 ساعة أسبوعيًا، مع العمل الإضافي عند الحاجة
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها
- المرونة في العمل بجداول زمنية تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والليالي، والعطلات الرسمية
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنيات Lean، Six Sigma، وKaizen (يفضل)

Key job responsibilities
- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- High school or equivalent
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
