الاتصالات السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة محلل إدارة المستأجرين (Tenant Management Analyst) في الرياض، حيث سيتولى إدارة الخدمات المتعلقة بالمستأجرين وعمليات التأجير والامتثال لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات وجودة الخدمة وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة الخدمات المتعلقة بالمستأجرين، بما في ذلك عقود الإيجار والتجديد والإنهاء والاستفسارات، من خلال نظام خدمة متكامل.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمستأجرين لحل المشكلات والنزاعات والشكاوى المرفوعة.
  • تعظيم الإيرادات من خلال التأجير الفعال، وتحصيل الإيجارات، والتخطيط التجاري لتحسين إشغال المستأجرين.
  • مراقبة رضا المستأجرين، وجمع الملاحظات، وتنفيذ مبادرات لتعزيز الاحتفاظ بهم.
  • إعداد تقارير عن دخل الإيجار والأداء التشغيلي لتحسين النتائج المالية.
  • الإشراف على الامتثال للوائح الإيجار، بما في ذلك فحوصات التشطيب وتسليم الوحدات.
  • إدارة وتقديم جميع طلبات المستأجرين (التشغيل والصيانة، التنظيف، الكهرباء، إلخ) عبر نظام التذاكر، والتنسيق مع الخدمات المشتركة للمجموعة لإغلاق التذاكر ضمن مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليه (SLA).
  • تقديم تقارير عن الإيرادات والمصروفات، وتحليل التدفق النقدي، وتقييم الربحية لتحسين الأداء المالي بالتنسيق مع إدارة المالية في الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مهنية من 0 إلى 2 سنة في إدارة المستأجرين، ويفضل في قطاع الاتصالات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية.
  • شهادات مهنية إضافية (إن وجدت).

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing tenant-related services, lease administration, tenant engagement, and operational coordination to ensure effective leasing, revenue optimization, compliance, and service delivery in alignment with group shared services and financial objectives. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Manages tenant-related services, including leases, renewals, terminations, and inquiries, through an integrated helpdesk system.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for tenant issues, disputes, and escalated complaints.
  • Maximizes revenue through effective leasing, rent collection, and business planning to optimize tenant occupation.
  • Monitors tenant satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement engagement initiatives to enhance retention.
  • Provides reports on rental income and operational performance to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Oversees compliance with lease regulations, including fit-out inspections and tenancy handovers.
  • Manages an submit all the tenant request regarding ( operation & maintenance , cleaning , electricity ..etc) through the ticketing system and algin with group shared services on closing the tickets within the approved SLA
  • Reports income and expenses, analyze cash flow, and assess profitability to optimize financial performance in an alighment with RE & stc square finance management
