Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Guard role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring entrances and exits, patrolling designated areas, and ensuring the safety of staff, patients, and visitors. Daily tasks include controlling access to facilities, checking identification as required, and responding to alarms or security incidents in a calm and efficient manner. The role also involves reporting suspicious activities, documenting incidents, and collaborating with internal teams and external emergency services when necessary. Security Guards are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, provide courteous assistance, and support a secure and orderly environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Physical Security skills, including facility monitoring, incident response, and basic safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess Personnel Security and Private Security skills, such as access control, identity verification, and protection of staff and visitors.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly, de-escalate conflicts, and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to remain alert, handle stressful situations, and follow established protocols and regulations.
• Basic report-writing skills and familiarity with using security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control devices) are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications or training are an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
