SUMMARY

The incumbent in this role will be diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
• Be malleable and flexible to adjust your schedule as dictated by the job requirements and operational constraints
• Provides technical advice and views regarding the departmental needs and evaluates the most effective means available to meet those needs
• Assist with the Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and modifies developmental and existing elevator Printed Wiring Board.
• Ensure technical suggestions and recommendations on electrical modification and replacement from technician/engineer feedback are thoroughly assessed and followed up within a timely manner
• Prepare and produce the writing documentation for all modification and repair in elevator PWB and system.
• Assist in building training materials or simulator
• Recommends changes for replacements parts in circuitry or elevator component to reduce breakdown time and simplify maintenance
• Assist the service technician in troubleshoot and repair elevator system
• Updating information and technical data base in within department, ensure all technical problem related are logged and Modification documentation are written
• Organize necessary training facilitation materials and procedures for course delivery.
• Participate in setting up processes and decide the required tools/equipment for the most efficient operation of the technical support center.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
