Job Description:

As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in managing the organisation’s financial records, transactions, and reports. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting senior accountants, maintaining the accuracy of financial data, performing basic bookkeeping tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the

accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records by accurately recording day-to-day financial transactions.

• Prepare and process invoices, bills, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements, card statements, and other financial documents.

• Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.

• Semi Qualified CA, ACCA, CPA/ with related Professional certification preferred.
