Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves installing, inspecting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The technician will diagnose and repair system issues, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards. Daily tasks include testing system performance, replacing or repairing components, coordinating with other maintenance team members, and documenting completed work and required follow-up actions.
Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC installations and maintenance.
• Experience with preventive maintenance practices to ensure reliable and efficient HVAC operation.
• Understanding of EPA guidelines and regulations for handling refrigerants and environmental safety.
• Practical knowledge of electricity and electrical components used in HVAC systems.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, mechanical, or electrical fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Attention to safety protocols, with the ability to work on-site and occasionally in confined or elevated spaces.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a maintenance team.
• Previous experience in operations and maintenance or facility management is an advantage.
