بنك D360 يعلن عن وظيفة Senior Manager - Procurement في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية المشتريات لتحقيق أفضل قيمة، والتميز التشغيلي، وشراكات مستدامة مع الموردين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية المشتريات، ومواءمة أنشطة الشراء مع أهداف العمل وخطط النمو طويلة الأجل.
- قيادة مبادرات الشراء عالية القيمة والمعقدة، بما في ذلك المفاوضات الاستراتيجية وإدارة العقود واختيار الموردين لتحقيق نتائج تجارية مثلى.
- بناء وإدارة وتعزيز علاقات الموردين الاستراتيجية لضمان الأداء العالي والابتكار وتخفيف المخاطر وتحقيق قيمة طويلة الأجل.
- قيادة مبادرات تحسين التكلفة وخلق القيمة من خلال تحديد فرص التوفير وتحسين التكلفة الإجمالية للملكية وزيادة كفاءة المشتريات.
- قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي في المشتريات من خلال تنفيذ وتحسين تقنيات المشتريات والأتمتة وتحليلات البيانات لتحسين العمليات واتخاذ القرارات.
- إنشاء وتعزيز حوكمة المشتريات والسياسات والإجراءات وأطر الامتثال لضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير التنظيمية.
- مراقبة أداء المشتريات من خلال مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، وإعداد تقارير تنفيذية، وعرض استراتيجيات المشتريات والإنجازات والمخاطر ومبادرات التحسين على القيادة العليا.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر ذات صلة بطبيعة العمل، وضمان المشاركة في تنفيذ والالتزام بإطار الأمن السيبراني SAMA والمتطلبات الأخرى ذات الصلة لضمان امتثال بنك D360.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل جامعي من مؤسسة معترف بها دولياً.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال المشتريات.
- خبرة كمساهم فردي متخصص أو قائد فريق قام بإدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات إشرافية فنية أو قيادية.
- خبرة مثبتة في الأنشطة التقنية المعقدة.
- العمل مع كبار الموظفين والتعامل مع القضايا المعقدة والحسابات الكبيرة والمشاريع والعلاقات الداخلية.

The role is responsible for developing and executing the organization's procurement strategy to ensure the delivery of best value, operational excellence, and sustainable supplier partnerships. This role leads strategic sourcing initiatives, drives digital transformation, optimizes costs, strengthens procurement governance, and provides executive leadership with insights into procurement performance and value creation.
- Develop and implement the procurement strategy, aligning sourcing activities with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Lead high-value, complex sourcing initiatives, including strategic negotiations, contract management, and supplier selection to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships to ensure high performance, innovation, risk mitigation, and long-term value.
- Drive cost optimization and value creation initiatives by identifying savings opportunities, improving total cost of ownership, and enhancing procurement efficiency.
- Lead procurement digital transformation initiatives by implementing and optimizing procurement technologies, automation, and data analytics to improve processes and decision-making.
- Establish and strengthen procurement governance, policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Monitor procurement performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare executive reports, and present procurement strategies, achievements, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Perform any other duties assigned to by line manager related to the nature of the work.
- Ensure / participate in implementation, adherence and enforcement to SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and other related bodies required for D360 Bank to remain compliant to but not limited to policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
- Would have 5 to 7 years of equivalent experience where required competencies and experience have been demonstrated in Procurement
- A specialist individual contributor or a team lead who has managed and delivered projects
- Has team or technical supervision skills
- Demonstrated expertise and experience with complex technical activities
- Has worked with more senior staff and dealt with complex issues, larger clients, accounts, projects, or internal relationships.
