تسعى شركة RINA حاليًا لتعيين مهندس أول في السكك الحديدية والنقل الجماعي (Railways & Mass Transit Senior Engineer) للانضمام إلى مكتبها في الرياض ضمن قسم الهندسة المدنية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير تكامل أنظمة / تصميم (System Integration / Design Manager) لتنسيق وتطوير المشاريع في المملكة العربية السعودية. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة واسعة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية والنقل الجماعي وخبرة محددة في أنظمة السكك الحديدية (Railway Systems).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- يكون الواجهة الأولى مع المقاول، وكل مسؤول عن الأعمال الكهربائية والميكانيكية/الأعمال المدنية، وهيئة السكك الحديدية، والمقيّم المستقل للسلامة.
- ضمان إدارة سلسة وفعالة لفريق RINA والتسليم الفني، مع مراعاة الجوانب الفنية والتنسيقية.
- التنسيق مع موظفي المقاول العام المكلفين بأنشطة تكامل الأنظمة / الهندسة.
- إدارة عمليات هندسة النظم (systems engineering).
- إدارة أنشطة التصميم وتسليم الحزم.
- تخطيط وتنسيق أنشطة هندسة النظم (إدارة المتطلبات، التكوين، واجهة التقنية وإدارة RAMS).
- مراجعة خطط إدارة اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الفرعية، ومعايير وإجراءات الاختبار، ودمجها في وثائق إدارة اختبار وتشغيل النظام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة العامة (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General).
- خبرة مهنية واسعة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مسجلاً كمستشار أو مهني في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (Saudi Council of Engineers).
- خبرة محددة في إدارة تكامل الأنظمة وتصميم أنظمة السكك الحديدية والنقل الجماعي (System Integration and Design management of Railway and Mass Transit Systems).
- مهارات اتصال ممتازة ومستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.

Mission
We are seeking a System Integration / Design Manager to coordinate and develop the projects in KSA area. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in railway and mass transit projects and specific experience in Railway Systems.
Key Accountabilities
The System Integration / Design Manager will follow the Design Stage and will be involved in the all life-cycle stages of the complex Railway projects.
Key responsibilities will include:

Extensive professional experience in railway projects
Candidate must be registered as consultant or professional in the Saudi Council of Engineers
Specific experience in System Integration and Design management of Railway and Mass Transit Systems
Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and spoken English

- be the first interface with the Contractor, each E&M / CW responsible, the Railway Authority, the Independent Safety Assessor;
- ensure smooth and effective management of the RINA Team and Technical Delivery, considering both technical and coordination aspects;
- coordinate with the Staff of the General Contractor that is assigned to system integration / engineering activities;
- manage the systems engineering processes;
- manage the design activities and package delivery;
- planning and coordinating of the systems engineering activities (requirements management, configuration, technical interface management and RAMS);
- Review subsystem test & commissioning management plans, test criteria & procedures, and integrate them into system test & commissioning management documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General
Qualifications
Extensive professional experience in railway projects
Candidate must be registered as consultant or professional in the Saudi Council of Engineers
Specific experience in System Integration and Design management of Railway and Mass Transit Systems
