Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and enterprise IT systems.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and identity services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including email and user management.
• Provide technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system high availability and reliability.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations and ensure data protection.
• Implement and maintain system security controls and patch management.
• Manage and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive organizational data.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with IT service management platforms.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to maintain infrastructure stability and security.
• Respond to system incidents and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operational activities.
• Provide IT support across different company locations when required.
• Basic understanding of network security and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience or knowledge in Linux administration will be considered a plus point.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience working with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Strong end-user support and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage critical incidents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with other IT teams.

 Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be willing to travel between company sites within the city and intercity locations when required.
• Ability to respond to urgent IT issues and operational needs when necessary.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Professional Certifications

• Relevant professional certifications in the field of IT infrastructure, system administration, or information security are required.
