شركة الفنار - قسم الفنار للإنشاءات - تطلب فني ميكانيكي (Technician, Mechanical) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك لدعم أنشطة بدء التشغيل والاختبار والتشغيل والصيانة في مشاريع معالجة المياه والأنظمة المرتبطة بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة بدء التشغيل والاختبار والتشغيل لوحدات DMF وUF وSWRO وBWRO وCEDI وGTMDO ووحدات الحقن الكيميائي.
- دعم أنشطة تنظيف الخطوط والاختبار الهيدروستاتيكي وما قبل التشغيل.
- مراقبة معايير المحطة وتسجيل بيانات التشغيل وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة (OEM).
- إجراء الفحوصات الدورية واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وصيانة المضخات وأنظمة الجرعات.
- المساعدة في تحضير المواد الكيميائية ومعايرة الجرعات وتنظيف الأنظمة.
- تنظيف المصافي والمرشحات الكرتونية وخطوط الجرعات بشكل روتيني.
- فحص المضخات ومضخات التفريغ والمنافخ والصمامات والمشغلات وأجهزة القياس للتأكد من عملها السليم.
- مراقبة مستويات تخزين المواد الكيميائية ودعم التفريغ والنقل الآمن للمواد الكيميائية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الغسيل العكسي والغسيل الهوائي والتنظيف الموضعي (CIP) لأنظمة DMF وUF وRO.
- فحص واستبدال المرشحات الكرتونية وفحص SDI/العكارة وضمان سلامة المعالجة الأولية.
- تتبع معايير العملية الحرجة ومعايير المياه لضمان التشغيل الأمثل للمحطة وتجنب مشاكل الترسب والانسداد.
- معايرة أجهزة قياس التوصيلية/المقاومة، الأس الهيدروجيني، ORP، الأكسجين المذاب، ثاني أكسيد الكربون، والتدفق/الضغط.
- إجراء أخذ عينات روتينية: التوصيلية، السيليكا، الأكسجين المذاب والصوديوم، ومطابقتها مع المحللات المتصلة بالإنترنت.
- التواصل الفعال مع الزملاء والمشرفين والانفتاح على التوجيهات والملاحظات.
- استخدام الأدوات والآلات بكفاءة من حيث التكلفة والوقت.
- تنفيذ الأنشطة التشغيلية وفقًا لجداول التسليم وتعليمات العمل.
- حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة ورفع المشكلات التشغيلية المعقدة.
- تطبيق معايير الجودة للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
- تنفيذ المهام وفقًا لروتين العمل والتعليمات.
- الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة.
- الالتزام بكافة إجراءات ولوائح السلامة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم من معهد ميكانيكي.
- خبرة عملية من 6 إلى 10 سنوات.

Job Purpose
Key Accountability Areas
- Support start up, testing, and commissioning activities across DMF, UF, SWRO, BWRO, CEDI, GTMDO and chemical injection units.
- Support pipeline flushing, hydrotesting, and pre-commissioning activities.
- Monitor plant parameters, record operational data as per OEM guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps and dosing systems.
- Assist in chemical preparation, dosing calibration, and system flushing.
- Carry out routine cleaning of strainers, cartridge filters, and dosing lines.
- Inspect pumps, vacuum pumps, blowers, valves, actuators, and instrumentation for proper operation.
- Monitor chemical storage levels and support safe unloading and transfer of chemicals.
- Perform backwashing, air scouring, and CIP activities for DMF, UF, and RO systems.
- Inspect and replace cartridge filters, check SDI/turbidity, and ensure pretreatment integrity
- Track critical process parameters and water parameters to ensure optimal operation of the plant to avoid any concerns of scaling & fouling.
- Calibrate online conductivity/resistivity, pH, ORP, DO, CO₂, and flow/pressure instruments. Conduct routine grab sampling: conductivity, silica, DO & Sodium and reconcile with online analyzers.
