تعلن شركة Golden Compass، وهي شركة دولية رائدة في مجال الاستشارات والحفر والخدمات لصناعة الموارد الأرضية، عن توفر وظيفة مسؤول حسابات الدفع (Accounts Payable Officer) للانضمام إلى فريق المالية في المكتب الرئيسي بجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة ومراجعة فواتير الموردين المتعلقة بعمليات الحفر والتعدين.
- التحقق من الفواتير مقابل أوامر الشراء وإشعارات التسليم وتقارير الخدمة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح ضريبة القيمة المضافة السعودية ومتطلبات هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA).
- إعداد مدفوعات الموردين والتنسيق للتحويلات البنكية.
- إجراء تسويات الموردين والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحسابات الدائنة.
- دعم إقفال نهاية الشهر وإعداد التقارير المالية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لعمليات الحسابات الدائنة ومراكز التكلفة.
- اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على إدارة أحجام كبيرة من الفواتير والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة مع الموردين وفرق المواقع والبنوك.
- عقلية امتثال وتدقيق قوية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات وموجهة نحو المواقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية (مطلوب).
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الحسابات الدائنة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة قوية بضريبة القيمة المضافة السعودية ولوائح هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (ZATCA) والفواتير الإلكترونية (FATOORA).
- خبرة في أنظمة ERP (SAP، Oracle، Dynamics، Odoo أو ما يشابهها).
- إتقان استخدام برنامج MS Excel.

Golden Compass Mining Services is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team at the Head office in Jeddah . The role responsible for managing supplier invoices ,vendor payments ,and ensuring accurate cost recording for drilling and consultancy operations in compliance with Saudi VAT regulation, ZATCA requirements, and company policies
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review supplier invoices related to drilling and mining operations.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders, delivery notes, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and ZATCA requirements.
- Prepare vendor payments and coordinate bank transfers.
- Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain accurate AP records.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and cost center processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high invoice volumes and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with suppliers, site teams, and banks.
- Strong compliance and audit mindset.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and site-driven environment
- Saudi National required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, ZATCA regulations, and e-invoicing (FATOORA).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel
