Purpose of The Job:

Plan, manage, control and improve all activities which is related to service depot including navigation and communication section, Gas detection section, Lifeboat inspection, and the Mechanical work shop.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electro-mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Five years of experience at least. In the field of the marine workshops service and maintenance including two years of them in managerial position.

- Fluent in English.

- Strong technical background with respect to Marine equipments maintenance.

- Fair literacy of computer applications and software.

- Strong and organized personality with decision-making ability.

- Has leading and managerial skills.

- Has a good Planning and Communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Controls, manages, and improves, processes of the services workshop including all activities starting from the reception of repair to the maintenance process, estimations and finally delivery of the parts to customer.

- Controls and manage all processes in the maintenance workshop, In addition to all maintenance process on the Customer premises (rigs).

- Manage the lifeboat inspection process., and contacting customer either to make sure that all services were implemented in proper way.

- Approves, supervises and suggests the plans, policies for all maintenance activities by implementing short term performance plans to get finally the objectives of the long-term strategic plans.

- Communicates, delegates, coaches, mentors, remove barriers, and establish trust for the superior and subordinate.

- Execute the necessary analysis processes for the operations to reach finally to the improvement of these processes.
