تعلن شركة Al Watania Information Systems (Wisys) عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشروع (Project Manager) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن الإشراف على إتمام المشاريع التقنية والتجارية المختلفة بنجاح.
- تنسيق أنشطة المشروع، وإدارة الموارد، وضمان تحقيق المخرجات وفق معايير الجودة وتوقعات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وتنفيذ وإغلاق المشاريع وفقاً للمواعيد النهائية والميزانيات المحددة.
- تنسيق الموارد الداخلية والأطراف الثالثة/الموردين لضمان التنفيذ المتقن للمشاريع.
- ضمان توفر الموارد وتوزيعها بشكل مناسب.
- تطوير نطاق المشروع وأهدافه ومخرجاته بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة التغييرات في نطاق المشروع وجدوله وتكاليفه باستخدام تقنيات التحقق المناسبة.
- رفع التقارير والتصعيد للإدارة عند الحاجة.
- إدارة المخاطر لتقليل مخاطر المشروع.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إجراء تقييمات للمشروع وتحديد الدروس المستفادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع.
- معرفة منهجيات إدارة المشاريع مثل Agile و Waterfall.
- شهادات احترافية في إدارة المشاريع (مثل PMP أو PRINCE2) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية ومتعددة المهام قوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.

AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of various IT and business projects. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
