تقدم شركة Gallup فرصة للعمل كمستشار رئيسي لتطوير القيادة (ثنائي اللغة العربية والإنجليزية) في الرياض، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستوجّه التنفيذيين في كيفية التفكير والقيادة والإنجاز لفتح إمكاناتهم الكاملة، بالاعتماد على أبحاث Gallup العالمية حول نقاط القوة والمشاركة والقيادة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الاستشارات الأولية وتقييم الاحتياجات لفهم تحديات العملاء بعمق وتشخيص احتياجات وفرص الأعمال.
- تصميم وتقديم حلول تعليمية مخصصة تدمج تحليلات Gallup مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية للعملاء.
- قيادة جلسات على المستوى التنفيذي وورش عمل الرؤية واجتماعات التوجيه والتوجيه المهني لمساعدة القادة على رفع الأداء وتقوية الثقافة وتحقيق نتائج أعمال قابلة للقياس.
- إتقان المفاهيم المرتبطة بتحول الثقافة وتطوير نقاط القوة ومشاركة الموظفين وأداء ومبادئ الإدارة والتوجيه المهني لمساعدة القادة والمديرين والأفراد على تعظيم إمكاناتهم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مستشارون تنفيذيون قادرون على التأثير في قرارات القادة العليا بالثقة والحضور والخبرة والسلطة.
- مفكرون تحليليون يترجمون البيانات المعقدة والبحوث السلوكية إلى مبادرات استراتيجية لتحسين أداء القيادة.
- محققون ذوو إنجازات عالية يزدهرون في بيئة متطلبة وسريعة الخطى وتعاونية وموجهة نحو الأهداف.
- مُتواصلون شجعان يقدمون ملاحظات صادقة وحقائق صعبة بجرأة ورقي وعناية.
- مُيسّرون ديناميكيون يسيطرون على القاعة بحضور تنفيذي وطاقة وسرد قصصي، ويلهمون القادة لاتخاذ إجراءات بناءً على ما يتعلمونه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، ويفضل في إدارة الأعمال أو علم النفس أو علم الاجتماع. درجة الماجستير أو الدكتوراه ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في التيسير التنفيذي أو الاستشارات أو تطوير التعلم والتدريب المؤسسي مطلوبة.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع كبار التنفيذيين وتقديم المشورة بشأن مبادرات القيادة أو المشاركة أو تحول الثقافة مطلوبة.
- إتقان كامل للغتين العربية والإنجليزية مطلوب.
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة لا تقل عن 80% من الوقت مطلوبة.
- شهادة مدرب نقاط قوة معتمد من Gallup أو شهادة من الاتحاد الدولي للتدريب (ICF) مفضلة.
- خبرة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) للبحث أو التحليل أو تطوير المحتوى مفضلة.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to develop a deep understanding of client challenges and diagnose business needs and opportunities
- Design and deliver customized learning solutions that blend Gallup’s analytics with clients’ strategic priorities
- Lead executive-level sessions, envisioning workshops, alignment meetings and coaching that help leaders elevate performance, strengthen culture and achieve measurable business results
- Master concepts linked to culture transformation, strengths development, employee engagement, performance and management principles, and coaching to help leaders, managers and individuals maximize their potential
- Executive advisers who influence senior leaders’ decisions with trust, presence, expertise and authority
- Analytical thinkers who translate complex data and behavioral research into strategic initiatives for leadership performance
- High achieverswho thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, collaborative and goal-oriented environment
- Courageous communicators who deliver honest feedback and hard truths with boldness, sophistication and care
- Dynamic facilitators who command a room with executive presence, energy and storytelling, inspiring leaders to act on what they learn
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, psychology or sociology
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus
- At least 15 years of experience in executive facilitation, consulting, or corporate learning and development required
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and advising on leadership, engagement or cultural transformation initiatives required
- Full fluency in Arabic and English required
- Ability to travel at least 80% of the time required
- Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification or International Coaching Federation certification preferred
- Experience using AI for research, analysis or content development preferred
