يتولى اتحاد FLOW، المسؤول عن تشغيل وصيانة الخطوط 3 و4 و5 و6 من مترو الرياض، البحث عن فني مدني (Civil Technician) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية على الهياكل المدنية والمباني والأنفاق والجسور العلوية والأصول المرتبطة بها.
- إجراء أعمال الإصلاح الهيكلي بما في ذلك الحقن والتدعيم والضغط بالضغط وإعادة التغليف والتركيبات المؤقتة وأعمال التشطيب.
- تسجيل وتحديث أنشطة الصيانة في نظام إدارة الصيانة.
- اتباع إجراءات الصيانة المعتمدة وتعليمات العمل وأنظمة العمل الآمنة.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والإبلاغ عن العيوب أو الأضرار أو متطلبات الصيانة التي يتم تحديدها أثناء الأنشطة اليومية.
- دعم تنفيذ تغييرات تكوين الأصول ومبادرات التحسين.
- ضمان استخدام الأدوات والمعدات والمواد بشكل صحيح وصيانتها في حالة جيدة.
- أداء مهام المناوبات وأنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ ودعم المتطلبات التشغيلية حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الصيانة المدنية أو البناء أو صيانة البنية التحتية أو بيئات مشابهة.
- خبرة في تنفيذ الإصلاحات الهيكلية وأنشطة الصيانة على المباني والأنفاق والجسور والجسور العلوية أو الأصول المماثلة.
- دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة سلامة السكك الحديدية أو شهادة صيانة البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية.

Purpose
The Civil Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities on Metro buildings, structures, tunnels, viaducts, and associated civil assets. The role supports the safe and reliable operation of the Metro system by ensuring civil infrastructure is maintained to the required standards, defects are addressed promptly, and maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely.
Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on civil structures, buildings, tunnels, viaducts, and associated infrastructure assets.
- Carry out structural repair activities including grouting, stitching, pressure pointing, re-casing, scaffolding, and finishing works.
- Record and update maintenance activities within the Maintenance Management System.
- Follow approved maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safe systems of work.
- Conduct inspections and report defects, damage, or maintenance requirements identified during daily activities.
- Support implementation of asset configuration changes and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Perform shift duties, emergency response activities, and support operational requirements as needed.
Key Accountability Areas
- Civil Asset Maintenance: Perform maintenance activities that ensure the safety, reliability, and integrity of civil infrastructure assets.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute scheduled and reactive maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
- Infrastructure Inspection: Identify, report, and support the resolution of defects affecting buildings, structures, tunnels, and viaducts.
- Maintenance Documentation: Ensure all maintenance activities are accurately recorded within the Maintenance Management System.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures, safe systems of work, and safety-critical communication requirements.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Maintain tools and equipment in safe and serviceable condition.
- Operational Support: Support shift operations, emergency response activities, and maintenance interventions as required.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil maintenance, construction, infrastructure maintenance, or related environments.
- Experience performing structural repairs and maintenance activities on buildings, tunnels, bridges, viaducts, or similar assets.
Education and Certifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering,or a related discipline.
- Track Safety or Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Certification (Preferred).
