بصفتك مدير الوصول الميداني في شركة Bristol Myers Squibb، ستتولى إدارة العلاقات مع الصيدليات السريرية في المستشفيات والمؤسسات، بالإضافة إلى NUPCO والإمدادات الطبية المركزية في وزارة الصحة، لتسهيل تنفيذ عقود NUPCO على مستوى الحسابات والمرضى. هذا المنصب يتطلب العمل عن كثب مع الموزعين وفرق الوصول الاستراتيجي والمالية وسلسلة التوريد، ويتمركز في الرياض (المملكة العربية السعودية).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • المساعدة في تحليل وتفسير السياسات والاستراتيجيات الحكومية المتعلقة بالوصول إلى الأدوية وتقييم السياسات الاقتصادية الصحية واتجاه الإنفاق الدوائي، بالتعاون مع قائد الوصول وشؤون الحكومة.
  • التفاعل المنتظم مع فرق BMS متعددة الوظائف (فرق الامتياز، الوصول، الشؤون الحكومية، الشؤون الطبية، التنظيمية، إلخ) والموزعين والصيدليات وأقسام التخطيط والمشتريات في المؤسسات والتجمعات الصحية.
  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين واللوائح ومعايير BMS لأخلاقيات العمل.
  • بناء علاقات عمل مع الموزعين والمؤسسات والتجمعات الصحية وNUPCO ووزارة الصحة.
  • المشاركة في مناقشات الوصول الاستراتيجي والمساعدة في وضع خطط الوصول لجميع المنتجات.
  • تسهيل إنجاز وتنفيذ جوائز/عقود NUPCO (بما في ذلك إصدار أوامر الشراء للحسابات) في الوقت المناسب.
  • مراقبة احتياجات السوق والحسابات والاستهلاك الشهري والمخزون.
  • يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لأي مشكلة متعلقة بالإمداد/المخزون على مستوى الحساب.

  • القيام بزيارات مزدوجة منتظمة مع شركاء المناطق العلاجية لحل أي مشكلة متعلقة بالوصول.
  • تطوير والحفاظ على معرفة عميقة ببيئة الرعاية الصحية والاتجاهات والقطاعات الناشئة، واقتراح استراتيجيات لوضع BMS كشريك مفضل.
  • البقاء على دراية بجميع التغييرات المتعلقة بالبيئة والتواصل مع فرق الامتياز لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في مجال الصيدلة أو الطب.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال صناعة الأدوية في دور مماثل.
  • فهم قوي للأعمال ومعرفة بالسوق.
  • قدرة مثبتة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الجهات المعنية داخليًا وخارجيًا.
  • مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتحليل والتنبؤ.
  • مهارات عرض وتواصل فعالة مع القدرة على التأثير في القرارات لدى الإدارة العليا.
  • إتقان ممتاز لبرامج MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
  • السفر مطلوب.

Based out of Riyadh, the Field Access Manager will report to the Director – Market Access and Government Affairs, Saudi Arabia & Gulf Countries.

This role will handle the relationship with clinical pharmacies at Hospitals/Institutions, NUPCO, Central Medical Supplies at MoH, in close connection with Distributor, to facilitate the completion & the execution of the NUPCO contracts at Hospital/Account level (including quantities calculation, tenders’ award, delivery schedule, PO preparation/completion and consumption) on a timely manner as per the accounts and patient’s needs. S/He will also monitor the product stocks across the supply chain in Saudi Arabia (Distributor, Hospitals, Institutions, MoH, Private Sector, etc…).

This role will handle all the implementation of market access plans in addition to the Months of Inventory (MOI) optimisation across all SKUs in accounts/institutions/Distributor in close collaboration with Strategic Access colleagues, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distributor.

This role will lead the tenders’ taskforce with all franchise teams on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analysing and interpreting government policies and strategies related to access to medicines, Health Economic Assessment policies and the trend in pharmaceutical spending, cooperating with Market Access Lead and Government Affairs Regional/Global Leads in assessing possible impact on the company portfolio.
  • This role requires regular interactions with cross-functional BMS teams (Franchise Teams, Access and Govt. Affairs, Medical, Regulatory, etc.), Distributor, Pharmacy, Planning, and Purchasing Departments at institutions and Health Clusters, Central Medical Supplies and regional ministry branches at MoH, NUPCO and also key private accounts.
  • Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • Establish relationships and works closely with Distributor, Institutions, Clusters, NUPCO and MoH.
  • Participate in strategic access discussions and assist in strategic access plans for all products
  • Encourage and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate the completion & execution of the NUPCO award / contracts (including accounts PO issuance) on a timely matter.
  • Monitor the market/accounts needs, the monthly consumption & stock.
  • Main Point of Contact for any supply/stock related issue at account level.
  • Lead essential on-ground efforts to implement strategic access plans and assure enlistment timelines are met.
  • Regularly update the CFT on Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees’ status and schedule.
  • Coach Therapeutic Area Partners (TAPs) on the process of Special Patient Requests (SPRs) and enlistment across all accounts/institutions in Saudi Arabia
  • Aid in developing monitoring dashboards and ensure timely data feeding to keep up to date.
  • Regular double visits with the TAPs to resolve any access related issue.
  • Develops and maintain a deep knowledge of the health-care environment, trend, and potential emerging segments, propose strategies and plans to establish BMS as a partner of choice. Disseminates the information promptly to senior management to have an effective decision-making.
  • Keeps aware of all changes concerning environment, communicates and constantly interact with the Franchise Teams to drive a superior competitive advantage.
  • Display superior communication and negotiation skills.

Degree Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in similar role.
  • Strong business understanding and marketplace knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders successfully and effectively.
  • Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions in senior management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
  • Travelling is required.
