We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Principal to lead a well-established girls' school in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive academic excellence, support staff development, and foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the school's strategic vision, growth, and performance.
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
• Develop and support teaching and administrative staff through effective leadership and professional development.
• Ensure strong safeguarding, wellbeing, and pastoral care systems.
• Oversee school operations, budgets, compliance, and resource management.
• Build positive relationships with parents, families, and the wider community.
• Monitor school performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Teaching qualification and significant senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of improving school performance and student outcomes.
• Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, safeguarding, and school operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Applicants must have unrestricted eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and meet all applicable local employment requirements.
