نبذة عن الوظيفة
سوف تعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق مبيعات مزودي الخدمة (Service Provider Sales) لتحديد احتياجات أحد أهم حسابات مزودي الخدمة الاستراتيجيين لشركة Cisco في السعودية، وعرض حلول Cisco وتصميم منتجات مخصصة تقود التحول الرقمي. ستقدم إرشادات تقنية خبيرة تركز على نجاح العملاء وتحقيق النتائج المرجوة، مع مرونة في إدارة عملك لتحقيق أفضل النتائج للعميل والفريق. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مهندس حلول يجمع بين حلول شبكات المؤسسات وهندسة مراكز البيانات مع خبرة قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة، قادر على توجيه العملاء نحو شبكات مستقلة بالكامل تعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كقائد تقني ضمن فريق الحساب، وبناء علاقات استشارية موثوقة مع كبار مسؤولي تكنولوجيا المعلومات وقادة الأعمال.
- امتلاك رؤية التكنولوجيا والهندسة المعمارية الشاملة (end-to-end) التي تشمل شبكات مزودي الخدمة ومراكز البيانات والسحابة والأتمتة والأمن السيبراني والعمليات المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- قيادة تصميم هندسة مراكز البيانات وشبكات المؤسسات واسعة النطاق والقابلة للتوسع، والمتوافقة مع نماذج الشبكات المستقلة المستقبلية.
- قيادة مبادرات تحول الشبكات باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك تطبيق نماذج AI/ML وLLM في عمليات الشبكات والضمان والتخطيط والتحسين، ووضع Agentic AI لاتخاذ القرارات ذات الحلقة المغلقة وتنفيذ النوايا والشبكات ذاتية الشفاء، ودمج قدرات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر النقل ومراكز البيانات والسحابة والأمن السيبراني.
- توضيح وإظهار الأثر التجاري للذكاء الاصطناعي على كفاءة الشبكة وتحسين التكلفة والمرونة وتجربة العملاء.
- قيادة استراتيجية أتمتة الشبكات وتنسيقها (orchestration) مع خبرة عميقة في DNA Center و Nexus Dashboard و Cisco Intersight ومنتجات Cisco Crosswork Automation.
- التعاون مع فرق الحساب وقادة المنتجات والمديرين التنفيذيين للتأثير على خرائط الطريق وقرارات الاستثمار واستراتيجية التحول طويلة المدى.
- تطوير وتقديم عروض تقنية وهندسية وعروض توضيحية عالية التأثير.
- قيادة إثباتات المفاهيم (POCs) والنماذج التجريبية والتحقق من الحلول لتسريع عملية اتخاذ القرار والتبني.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أدوار ما قبل البيع (presales) أو الاستشارات أو مهندس حلول، مع سجل مثبت في تصميم ونشر الحلول في مجالات التوجيه (routing) والتبديل (switching) ومراكز البيانات والسحابة.
- خبرة تقنية في هندسة مراكز بيانات قابلة للتطوير وجاهزة للذكاء الاصطناعي تشمل الحوسبة وحلول التخزين (Cisco أو طرف ثالث) وشبكات مراكز البيانات و Cisco ACI.
- خبرة في هندسة شبكات المؤسسات باستخدام حلول التوجيه والتبديل واللاسلكي من Cisco و SD-WAN و SASE و AI Ops/ML Ops الحديثة وقدرات البرمجة والنصوص البرمجية.
- خبرة في هندسة شبكات مزودي الخدمة التي تشمل الوصول والنقل ومركز البيانات والإنترنت والتقنيات المرتبطة.
- خبرة قوية في الذكاء الاصطناعي والأتمتة تشمل الفهم التطبيقي لنماذج AI/ML لحالات استخدام الشبكات (الضمان والتحسين والتخطيط والعمليات التنبؤية)، والمعرفة المعمارية أو العملية بأنظمة LLM للرؤى التشغيلية والأتمتة ودعم القرارات، وخبرة في تصميم أو وضع أطر Agentic AI لتمكين عمليات الشبكة ذات الحلقة المغلقة والقائمة على النوايا والمستقلة.
- فهم قوي لتقنيات وهندسة Cisco مع خبرة عبر معماريات متعددة لترجمة أهداف العميل إلى حلول شاملة عبر مجموعة منتجات Cisco الكاملة.
- القدرة على تبسيط المفاهيم التقنية المعقدة لجمهور تقني وغير تقني، إلى جانب مهارات اتصال تنفيذية قوية.
- خبرة قوية في التعامل المباشر مع العملاء وتطبيق تقنيات البيع الاستشاري وفهم نقاط الألم المالية ومواءمة الحلول مع نماذج أعمال العملاء لتحقيق القيمة والتبني.
- يفضل: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل: شهادات Cisco (مثل CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) أو شهادات موازية من بائعين آخرين.
- يفضل: خبرة في حلول شبكات المؤسسات (الحرم الجامعي والفروع، هندسة الشبكات الآمنة، الوصول، اللاسلكي، الشبكات الواسعة، حلول الرؤية والمراقبة).
- يفضل: فهم تقنيات مراكز البيانات (البنية التحتية فائقة التقارب، الحوسبة السحابية والشبكات، نسيج مركز البيانات، الخوادم، الحافة الموحدة، وحدات تحكم SDN).
- يفضل: فهم عالي المستوى لتوجيه ونقل مزودي الخدمة بما في ذلك SR-MPLS و SRv6، وتصميم شبكات الجوال وتطور شبكات الجيل الخامس (5G Core).
- يفضل: القدرة على العمل بفعالية كعضو فريق مع عقلية النمو والقدرة على التكيف.
- يفضل: مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفهية واستماع وعرض ممتازة.
- يفضل: خبرة في سوق المملكة العربية السعودية مرغوبة للغاية، وإتقان اللغة العربية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

- Own the end-to-end technology vision and architecture, spanning Service Provider networks, Data Center, Cloud, Automation, Cybersecurity and AI driven operations.
- Lead the design of large-scale, highly scalable Data Center, Enterprise Networking architectures, aligned with future autonomous networking models.
- Lead AI-driven network transformation initiatives, including:
- Applying AI/ML and LLM models to network operations, assurance, planning, and optimization
- Positioning Agentic AI for closed-loop decision making, intent execution, and self-healing networks
- Integrating AI capabilities across transport, Data Center, cloud and cybersecurity domains
- Articulate and demonstrate the business impact of AI on network efficiency, cost optimization, resilience, and customer experience.
- Lead network automation and orchestration strategy, with deep expertise in DNA Center, Nexus Dashboard, Cisco Intersight and Cisco Crosswork Automation portfolio
- Collaborate with account teams, product leaders, and executives to influence roadmaps, investment decisions, and long-term transformation strategy.
- Develop and present high-impact technical proposals, architectures, and demonstrations.
- Drive proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and solution validation to accelerate decision-making and adoption.
- 3+ year’s of proven experience in presales, consultative, or solution architect roles, demonstrating a proven presales track record in designing and deploying solutions, particularly in routing, switching, data center and cloud.
- Technical expertise in:
- Scalable, AI-ready Data Center architecture including compute, storage solutions (Cisco or 3rd party), data center networking, Cisco ACI
- Enterprise network architectures using Cisco routing, switching and wireless solutions, SD-WAN, SASE, modern AI Ops/ML Ops, and programming/scripting capabilities.
- Service provider network architecture spanning Access, transport, Data center, and Internet with related technologies.
- Strong AI and automation expertise, including:
- Applied understanding of AI/ML models for networking use cases such as assurance, optimization, planning, and predictive operations
- Architectural or hands-on knowledge of LLM-based systems for operational insights, automation, and decision support
- Experience designing or positioning Agentic AI frameworks to enable closed-loop, intent-based, and autonomous network operations
- Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and architecture, with proven cross-architecture experience to translate client objectives into comprehensive solutions across Cisco’s full portfolio.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong executive-level communication skills.
- Solid experience engaging directly with customers, applying consultative selling techniques, understanding financial pain points, and aligning solutions with customer business models to drive value realization and adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent vendor credentials.
- Experience in Enterprise networking solutions: campus and branch, secure network architecture, access, wireless, wide area network, visibility and monitoring solutions
- Understanding of data center technologies: hyperconverged infrastructure, cloud computing and networking, Data center fabric, servers, unified edge, SDN controller,
- High level understanding of Service Provider Routing and Transport, including SR-MPLS and SRv6, Mobility, 5G Core network design and evolution
- Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member, and assume a proactive approach to your career, demonstrating a growth mindset and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia market is highly desirable, with Arabic language proficiency considered a significant plus.
