Role Requirements:

-Manage the launch and execution of fundraising for the RUA endowment fund. Primary focus on securing major donations and gifts from Saudi high-network individuals, prominent family offices and corporates

-Cultivate and manage trusted relationships across the Kingdom’s influential donor networks, leverage existing personal relationships and secure philanthropic commitments; help design and lead donor engagement initiatives

-Need to have excellent executive presence and cultural fluency and existing relationships. Ideal candidate is a Saudi national with 7-12+ years of fundraising, relationship management, private banking experience. Current/former private bankers with global/local wealth management firms or banks can be pertinent

-Although not a must-have, it can also be useful to have candidates who have some background in arts, luxury art advisory (e.g. auction houses) who have dealt with wealthy local clients & family groups and who have some understanding of partnerships with art collectors, entertainment leaders and creative industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia

-Must demonstrate a strong network with Saudi Arabia’s leading family offices

-Education: Bachelors or post-graduate Finance and investment.
