SiFi، شركة تقنية مالية رائدة (مرخصة من البنك المركزي السعودي) تعمل في مجال B2B وتهدف إلى تحسين إدارة النفقات للشركات، تبحث عن Senior Backend Engineer للعمل عن بُعد في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير أنظمة خلفية عالية الأداء.
- وضع معايير البرمجة وقيادة مراجعات الأكواد.
- تحديد وتقييم وتطبيق التقنيات الجديدة لتعزيز كفاءة التطوير.
- توجيه وتدريب مهندسي المستوى المبتدئ والمتوسط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في تطوير الأنظمة الخلفية.
- خبرة متقدمة في Python و Django/Flask و/أو .NET C# و Postgres/MSSQL و Git.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة مشاريع تطوير برمجيات واسعة النطاق.
- مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
- إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي).

The Senior Backend Engineer leads the design and implementation of complex backend systems. This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.

The Senior Backend Engineer leads the design and implementation of complex backend systems. This role requires mastery in Python, Django/Flask, and/or C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git, and focuses on strategic technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend systems.
- Set coding standards and lead code reviews.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Expertise in Python, Django/Flask, and/or .NET C#, Postgres/MSSQL, and Git.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale software development projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Perfect English Language is a Must.
