Job Description:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Healthcare Group will hold a pivotal role in steering the organization's operational excellence. This executive's mandate is to fortify the group’s commitment to exceptional patient care, streamlined operational processes, and innovative healthcare solutions. The COO will be responsible for leading the integration of clinical operations with business strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving a culture of performance improvement across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will develop and execute operational plans that support the overarching strategic goals, deliver comprehensive cost management solutions, and optimize resource allocation. Furthermore, the COO will leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analytics to assess operational performance, implementing effective change management initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and vision.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of transforming healthcare operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and achieving robust financial results.
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex healthcare systems, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, and healthcare service lines.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Exceptional ability to develop, implement, and assess operational strategies that align with organizational goals, fostering stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost containment initiatives, and resource allocation.
• Comprehensive understanding of health information technology trends and their implications for operational efficiency and patient care.
• Proven change management experience, driving initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders including Board members, physicians, staff, and community partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategies to a variety of audiences.

Job Responsibilities:
