شركة ألستوم، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول التنقل الذكي، تبحث عن مدير مشروع اتصالات (Project Manager – Communication) للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع المشروع بالرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تعظيم نتائج المشروع من حيث النقد والهامش مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- المساءلة عن جودة المشروع، التكلفة، التسليم، والتخطيط (QCDP).
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير البيئة والصحة والسلامة (EHS) الخاصة بالمشروع.
- إدارة والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- تحديد وتخفيف مخاطر المشروع لضمان التنفيذ السلس.
- قيادة وتحفيز الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان التواصل الفعال وإعداد التقارير لجميع أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين.
- حماية الحقوق القانونية والتعاقدية لشركة ألستوم.
- البحث عن فرص إضافية واقتراحها على مدير العملاء أو المنصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في إدارة المشاريع، الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة أو فهم في إدارة المشاريع المعقدة مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة منهجيات وأدوات وأفضل ممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.

You'll drive the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations, ensuring delivery on time and maximizing results in terms of cash and margin. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, procurement, and operations), oversee project Quality Cost Delivery Planning (QCDP) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and ensure Alstom's legal and contractual rights are protected, and much more."
