شركة Worley، إحدى شركات الخدمات المهنية العالمية في مجال الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة 'قائد الممارسة – استشارات الموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية' (Practice Lead – Ports Advisory & Logistics) في إطار خط استشارات الموانئ والخدمات البحرية لمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا. سيعمل الموظف تحت إشراف المستشار الإداري للموانئ والخدمات البحرية، ويساعد في تأسيس وتطوير أعمال استشارات الموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية في المنطقة، ومقر العمل المملكة العربية السعودية أو مدريد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير مركز خبرة إقليمي في استشارات الموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية من خلال: تطوير الأعمال وتنمية العملاء، التنسيق والتعاون مع الخبراء المتخصصين في مناطق أخرى (مثل أمريكا الشمالية وآسيا والمحيط الهادئ) وخطوط الخدمة (مثل إزالة الكربون والخدمات اللوجستية وطاقة الرياح البحرية)، والتوظيف الاستراتيجي والإرشاد.
- تطوير استراتيجية الممارسة بالتعاون مع قيادة الأعمال بناءً على عملاء Worley الحاليين ومطوري المشاريع والممولين ومشغلي الموانئ؛ بحيث تشمل الاستراتيجية تقييمات القرارات المالية والسياسات المتعلقة بالمشاريع الجديدة والاستشارات المتعلقة بالصفقات ودراسات الجدوى والحلول الاستشارية الإدارية والفنية المتكاملة.
- إدارة الممارسة كجزء من أعمال استشارات الموانئ والخدمات البحرية لـ Worley، وتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن التسليم والأداء والإدارة والكفاءة التشغيلية عبر الممارسة.
- توفير إدارة المشاريع والتوجيه الفني فيما يتعلق باستراتيجية الموانئ والعناية الواجبة الفنية والاستشارات المتعلقة بالصفقات وتوقعات السوق والشحن وتحليل التكلفة والفائدة والنمذجة المالية ونمذجة الخدمات اللوجستية وعمليات المحطات.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة ضمن نطاق المسؤولية وما يتجاوزه من خلال العمل التعاوني عبر خطوط الخدمة ومع قادة الاستشارات الآخرين في Worley.
- الاستفادة من علاقات العملاء القائمة والشبكة الداخلية لبناء قاعدة عملاء في مجال استشارات الموانئ والملاحة وقدرة على تنفيذ المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة الموانئ (يفضل أكثر من 15 سنة).
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على دراسات عليا في تمويل المشاريع أو الاقتصاد البحري (أو ما يعادلها).
- معترف به من قبل الأقران والصناعة كسلطة في مجال أو أكثر من مجالات استشارات الموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية.
- التركيز على العملاء ومهارات التسويق وتطوير الأعمال لتقديم خدمات استشارية متخصصة في الموانئ.
- الخبرة السابقة في تطوير الأعمال الاستشارية التقنية التجارية وتنفيذ المشاريع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a regional center of expertise in Port Advisory & Logistics, in particular through:
- Business development & client growth
- Co-ordination and partnering with SMEs in other regions (e.g. NAM, APAC) and Service Lines (e.g. decarbonisation, logistics, offshore wind)
- Strategic recruitment and mentoring.
- Develop the practice area strategy together with the business leadership, based on existing Worley customers, project developers and financiers and port operators. Strategy to consider valuations, financial decisions and policy in regards new projects, transaction advisory, feasibility studies and combined management and technical advisory solutions;
- Manage the Practice as part of the Ports & Marine Worley Consulting business and have overall accountability for the delivery, performance, administration and operational efficiency across the Practice;
- Deploy project management and technical guidance regarding ports strategy, technical due diligence, transaction advisory, market & cargo forecasts, cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, logistics modelling, terminal operations.
- Identify new business prospects within own area and beyond own scope, through working collaboratively across Service Lines and with other Worley Consulting leaders.
- Capitalise on existing client relationships and internal network to build a port/maritime advisory client base and project capability.
- Preferably more than 15 years (10 years minimum) relevant experience in the Ports Industry;
- Preferably post-graduate studies in project finance / maritime economics (or equivalent);
- Recognized by peers and industry as an authority in one or more areas of ports advisory and logistics;
- Client focus, marketing and business development skills for provision of specialist port advisory services;
- Prior experience in techno-commercial advisory business development and project execution is considered an asset;
